Description
➔ same core as the V5, but with a “double-sound” construction: more volume in the sound, an easily piano-like playing at low intensity, and the hardness which resurfaces from the mezzo forte. Soft and slightly mellow.

Rattan, wood or fiberglass?
Rattan is flexible, a little thicker, very robust, but comes from a plant that grows outside of Europe. Very suitable for playing on a vibraphone.
The wood is more rigid, quite thin, can be a little less resistant, but is a 100% local resource (maple or hornbeam).
Fiberglass is a mix of the two, stiff at the handle and more flexible as it tapers toward the head. A distinctive playing feel.

MANUFACTURING
Each wand is made entirely by hand in the Vibrawell workshop, located in Beaufortain (Savoie).
I use high quality natural materials, the sleeves are carefully balanced and the heads patiently hand sewn.
The wands are designed to last at least 10 years.
The production time is generally 2 to 10 days before shipping. Please note that a personalized baguette cannot be returned.
